External Security Vetting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process security clearances meticulously, strictly adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and EY best practices
• Assess components of clearance cases and leverage experience in vetting to manage complex processes
• Perform Quality Assurance by enforcing stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs)
• Provide sound, data-driven advice on clearance outcomes
• Utilize electronic case management systems for efficient processing
• Contact clearance subjects and conduct interviews as required

Requirements

• Proven vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to scrutinize extensive data for security risks
• Excellent time management skills to meet milestones and SLAs
• High-level quality assurance skills and commitment to documentation standards
• Analytical thinking skills for evaluating complex, sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance
• Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting)
• Ability to upgrade to Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) as required
