Responsibilities
- Active and qualified prospecting with autonomy in the sales funnel
- Management and expansion of the client portfolio to strengthen relationships
- Negotiation of rates and conditions with high independence
- Transformation of data and indicators into operational insights
- Structured weekly planning with critical analysis of KPIs
- Active participation in field activities and door-to-door sales
Requirements
- Residence in the Belo Horizonte/MG region
- Experience in B2B/B2C consultative sales
- Experience in the acquiring, retail, or payment methods segment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Own vehicle and active CNH B driver's license
- Higher education preferred (Business areas are a plus)
