  • Active prospecting (Hunter) to acquire new partners such as restaurants and establishments
  • End-to-end sales funnel management from lead qualification to pipeline maintenance
  • Strategic commercial negotiation and contract closing
  • Performance analysis of new partners to ensure post-activation success
  • Relationship management and consultative selling to identify upsell opportunities
  • Disciplined execution of commercial strategies and market adaptation
  • Market reporting and providing insights on competition and local trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C external sales with a hunter profile
  • Analytical skills for market data interpretation and route planning
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and complex negotiation skills
  • High level of self-management and organization for a 100% external and itinerant routine
  • Resilience and strong orientation toward results and challenging goals
