- Active prospecting (Hunter) to acquire new partners such as restaurants and establishments
- End-to-end sales funnel management from lead qualification to pipeline maintenance
- Strategic commercial negotiation and contract closing
- Performance analysis of new partners to ensure post-activation success
- Relationship management and consultative selling to identify upsell opportunities
- Disciplined execution of commercial strategies and market adaptation
- Market reporting and providing insights on competition and local trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C external sales with a hunter profile
- Analytical skills for market data interpretation and route planning
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication and complex negotiation skills
- High level of self-management and organization for a 100% external and itinerant routine
- Resilience and strong orientation toward results and challenging goals
