External Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform active prospecting (Hunter) to acquire new partners such as restaurants and establishments
• Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from lead qualification to pipeline maintenance
• Conduct strategic commercial negotiations and close partnership contracts
• Oversee partner onboarding and activation to ensure operational readiness within 31 days
• Monitor initial performance metrics of new partners to ensure success
• Plan weekly and daily field visit routes for 100% external routine
• Develop consultative relationships with partners to drive engagement
• Report market insights and competitor trends to management

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B or B2C external sales with a hunter profile
• Availability for regional travel and occasional overnight stays during weekdays
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including late afternoons and evenings
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Active driver's license and ownership of a vehicle (mandatory)
• Residence in the designated operating region
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Interest in using AI and technology to optimize commercial routines
