External Relations and Public Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory status related to autonomous driving robots and promote institutional improvements
• Build friendly relationships with government and legislative bodies through cooperation
• Form networks with academia, associations, experts, and industry leaders
• Secure, support, and manage government-funded project opportunities
• Utilize and secure government policy resources and R&D opportunities
• Monitor domestic policy environments and provide necessary insights

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Ability to identify stakeholder dynamics and key influencers
• Deep understanding of domestic robot policies
• Ability to secure, manage, and achieve project goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Outstanding documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in performing business tasks in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government or parliamentary affairs
• Experience in public institutions or the government sector
• Experience in IT, autonomous driving, or robotics industries
