External Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute quarterly and annual external financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, SEC, and Swiss SIX requirements.
• Manage financial statement disclosures and SOX 404 controls to ensure audit readiness and adherence to accounting policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Technical Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to manage the earnings calendar.
• Partner with technical accounting to assess the impact of new standards and significant transactions on external reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within reporting processes and support external audits.
• Collaborate with team members to cross-train and develop through rotation of assigned areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or Chartered Accountant certification.
• Experience with SEC reporting in a public company environment, including SOX compliance.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with IFRS or US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with SEC financial reporting in an audit or industry setting.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
