About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire and convert leads into sustainable customer relationships
- Expand existing customer accounts and increase market share for Automotive Aftermarket products in the North West Netherlands region
- Deliver professional presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations, both independently and alongside Application Engineers
- Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and distribution partner representatives
Requirements
- HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of thinking and working
- Proven track record in a sales and/or technical role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM and database management tools
- Commercially driven, proactive, and strong organizational and persuasion skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the automotive repair or collision industry
