About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan exterior functional components for new vehicle projects, including wipers, exterior mirrors, display room mirrors, and ADAS cleaning systems.
  • Lead the development of cleaning systems for ADAS components such as LiDAR and various cameras.
  • Improve competitiveness, quality, and cost-efficiency for current vehicle projects.
  • Perform System Engineering (SE) tasks related to exterior component integration.
  • Collaborate with global production sites and overseas suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in component design and development.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering, including strength of materials.
  • English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically in automotive parts or exterior component development.
  • Advanced English communication skills (TOEIC 650+) and experience working with overseas companies or living abroad.
  • Experience within the automotive industry.
