About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide client support via phone and email regarding administrative expenses, travel, and vendor payments
- Perform vendor master record (VMR) call back verification and due diligence
- Triage and assign email cases to service desk analysts
- Generate and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the unit
- Review internal processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage documentation, including posting news items to the website and relevant announcements in front-end systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience (help-desk operations experience is an advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or Python)
- Willingness to work night shifts and remain flexible to changing business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools, Power Automate, or CoPilot
- Experience in handling help-desk operations
