About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment, installation, and sustainment consultations for the Advanced Express Service Plus Program
- Provide dealership staff training and in-person follow-up support
- Implement best practice processes including customer reception, workshop scheduling, and quality control
- Maintain consistent communication with OEM National and Regional personnel
- Analyze dealer financials and operational assessments to establish improvement action plans
- Implement service advisor selling systems and process improvement solutions
- Establish and implement effective metrics to drive dealership growth and ROI
- Travel up to 80% of the time to support client needs
Requirements
- 7-10 years of aftermarket experience (e.g., Jiffy Lube, Valvoline)
- Experience in retail tire store management (Store Manager, Service Manager, or Service Writer)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to influence key dealer personnel and service department employees
- Strong customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to travel up to 80%
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- OEM dealer contact experience
