About the role

Responsibilities

  • Consult on the assessment, installation, and sustainment of the Advanced Express Service Plus Program.
  • Provide dealership staff training and in-person follow-up support as outlined in program documentation.
  • Implement best practice processes including customer reception, workshop scheduling, repair processes, and quality control.
  • Analyze dealer financials and operational assessments to establish actionable improvement plans.
  • Implement advanced Service Advisor selling systems and process improvement solutions at the retail level.
  • Maintain consistent communication with OEM National and Regional personnel regarding dealer milestones.
  • Complete timely field detail reports, communication logs, and weekly expense reports.
  • Leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for operational change.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of aftermarket experience (e.g., Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, or similar fast oil change environments).
  • Proven experience in retail tire store management (Store Manager, Service Manager, or Service Writer).
  • Ability and desire to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows environments.
  • Strong ability to train and influence sales personnel and technicians in automotive service and tire sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and customer relationship skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience with OEM dealer contact.
