About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install Basic and Advanced Express Service programs as outlined in documentation
  • Conduct dealer consultations and sustainment visits
  • Provide dealership staff training and phone follow-up support
  • Implement best practice processes for workshop scheduling, repair processes, and quality control
  • Complete dealer action plans and submit monthly field detail reports
  • Travel up to 80% of the time to assigned locations

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Aftermarket experience (e.g., Jiffy Lube, Valvoline)
  • Experience in Retail Tire Store Management (Store Manager, Service Manager, or Service Writer)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational assessments
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to influence sales personnel and technicians

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • OEM dealer contact experience
