About the role
Responsibilities
- Install Basic and/or Advanced Express Service programs as outlined in documentation
- Conduct dealer consultations and sustainment visits
- Provide dealership staff training and phone follow-up support
- Implement best practice processes for customer reception, workshop scheduling, and repair processes
- Complete dealer action plans and submit monthly field detail reports
- Travel up to 80% of the time to assigned dealers and OEM field organizations
Requirements
- 7-10 years of Aftermarket experience (e.g., Jiffy Lube, Valvoline)
- Experience in Retail Tire Store Management (Store Manager, Service Manager, or Service Writer)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational assessments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a field environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- OEM dealer contact experience
