About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install and sustain Basic and Advanced Express Maintenance programs
  • Conduct dealership express consultations and classroom training
  • Provide on-the-job training and phone follow-up support to dealership staff
  • Implement best practice processes for workshop scheduling, repair, and quality control
  • Develop and execute dealer action plans
  • Submit monthly field detail reports and weekly expense reports

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of dealership or aftermarket management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time
  • Experience with automotive tire and maintenance sales training
  • Strong analytical skills to establish improvement action plans from dealer financials

Preferred Qualifications

  • OEM dealer contact experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence sales personnel and technicians
