About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install MSX Express Maintenance solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned dealers and OEM field organizations
- Conduct dealership consultations, classroom training, and on-the-job training
- Implement best practice processes for workshop scheduling, repair, and quality control
- Provide dealership phone follow-up support and complete action plans
- Submit monthly field detail reports and weekly expense reports
Requirements
- 7-10 years of Dealership or Aftermarket management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Strong analytical skills to establish improvement action plans from dealer financials
- Ability to influence sales personnel and technicians
- Experience in Automotive Tire Sales and automotive Maintenance sales
