About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and install MSX Express Maintenance solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned dealers and OEM field organizations
  • Conduct dealership consultations, classroom training, and on-the-job training
  • Implement best practice processes including workshop scheduling, repair processes, and quality control
  • Provide dealership phone follow-up support and complete action plans
  • Submit monthly field detail reports and weekly expense reports

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Dealership or Aftermarket management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time
  • Strong analytical skills to establish improvement action plans from dealer financials
  • Ability to influence sales personnel and technicians
  • Experience in Automotive Tire Sales and automotive Maintenance sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • OEM dealer contact experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
