About the role
Responsibilities
- Install and sustain Basic and Advanced Express Maintenance programs
- Conduct dealership express consultations and classroom training
- Provide on-the-job training and phone follow-up support to dealership staff
- Implement best practice processes for workshop scheduling, repair, and quality control
- Develop and execute dealer action plans
- Submit monthly field detail reports and weekly expense reports
Requirements
- 7-10 years of dealership or aftermarket management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Strong analytical skills to establish improvement action plans from dealer financials
- Experience in automotive tire and maintenance sales training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
