Exports Customer Experience Senior Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the achievement of Exports Customer Service KPIs (ICDOT)
• Manage a team of Exports Customer Service Executives responsible for supportability planning and innovations in Export markets
• Ensure smooth operations in the export distribution process (DRP) to deliver high levels of customer service
• Provide transparency on the overall supply situation to Export markets and highlight supply risks
• Consolidate Export market demand and analyze demand movements
• Drive digitization initiatives on Export demand collation using RPA and Kinaxis
• Ensure compliance with CO procedures and policies, including Service Level Agreements and Working Capital
• Support the S&OP process by driving a structured Regional Demand and Supply Reconciliation process

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, specifically in planning and export-related areas
• Working knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work through ambiguity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis is considered an asset
