Export Transports Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor all parcel deliveries and collections, including Home service, PUDO, Lockers, Same Day, and Click and Collect.
• Implement new transport methods, solutions, and partners to optimize the delivery process.
• Plan and propose schedules for collections and returns based on volume forecasts and carrier conditions.
• Control daily execution of delivery and pickup plans, coordinating incident resolution with Customer Service and Logistics.
• Monitor and report on operational service performance, performing audits to ensure SLA and KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as IT, Planning, Distribution, and Retail to maximize operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Degree in International Trade, International Relations, Management, Economics, or a similar field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and work with high responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or transport.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
