Export Transport Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor export shipments to the United States, ensuring efficient flow from origin to the border crossing.
• Schedule loads based on product availability, delivery dates, and customer needs to maintain service levels.
• Manage and evaluate transport provider performance to identify improvements in service and logistics costs.
• Track and control expenses related to export operations to ensure efficient resource management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and security programs for export operations.
• Identify and mitigate operational and transport risks to protect merchandise and ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• University degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Exports, Customs, and the administration of domestic and international transport/logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data segmentation, etc.).
• Experience using SAP and managing operational expenses.
• Advanced/Bilingual English proficiency (required).
• Valid USA Visa and Passport (required for travel).
