Export Territory Manager (CIS Region)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and customers within the CIS region
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop and implement effective territory plans to maximize coverage and achieve growth targets
• Support and guide distributors to align with Getinge’s commercial strategy and objectives
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and business reviews
• Deliver product training and demonstrations to customers and partners
• Support the preparation of technical specifications and configurations based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with internal Service, Regulatory, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and accurate forecasts
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in Medtech
• Experience in capital equipment sales
• Experience in export sales and distributor management
• Advanced proficiency in English; Russian language skills are a strong asset
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
• Proven ability to build relationships with distributors, KOLs, and healthcare institutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid B-class driving license
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories
• Based in Istanbul, Türkiye
