About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales activities in regional markets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and market insights
- Represent Rosaltè in regional meetings and trade events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Results-driven mindset with commercial awareness
- Willingness to travel regionally when required
