About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales activities across assigned regional markets
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the regional customer base
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and agreements in line with company strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights
- Support product launches, promotions, and regional sales initiatives
- Represent the company in regional meetings, negotiations, and trade events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Proven experience handling regional or international markets
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
