Export Sales Order Management Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the export sales order compliance process, including export license assignment and verification.
• Validate and check export documentation to ensure optimal requirements are met.
• Monitor the intercompany automation model to ensure optimal execution and resolve errors.
• Handle order blocks for delivery or billing and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support Customs Declarations via SAP GTP or through customs brokers.
• Liaise with logistics and distribution teams to ensure deliveries and invoicing meet expected lead times.
• Coordinate stock allocation, manage exceptions, and investigate ways to mitigate out-of-stock situations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of order processing workflows.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Supply Chain experience, with a strong knowledge of order processing and customer service.
• Advanced understanding of international trade, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred); expertise in SAP GTS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced MS Excel skills.
• Diploma in Economics, Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Finance.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and deductive reasoning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with SAP SD module functionalities.
• Experience in process improvement or transition projects.
• Knowledge of customer inventory management and commercial policies (pricing, rebates, etc.).
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
