Export Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute daily transactional activities in compliance with established SLAs, KPIs, and measurement standards
• Manage timely communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational status
• Apply updated operating procedures to ensure adherence to standardized processes
• Proactively identify potential risks and escalate them according to established protocols
• Ensure operational compliance with internal and external regulations and support audits
• Act as a backup for other team members to facilitate knowledge transfer
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives with a creative and innovative focus

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and export operational areas
• Knowledge of maritime, air, land, and intermodal transport
• Knowledge of dangerous goods, customs, and Incoterms
• Intermediate to advanced English (conversational)
• Ability to work autonomously with a customer service mindset and proactive attitude

• Experience managing letters of credit and bank collections
