About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and control supporting documentation for international shipments (invoices, packing lists, CMR)
- Collect and verify necessary document packages
- Coordinate international freight shipments to the USA, Europe, and the Far East
- Hire transport via transport agents
- Execute and control payments and work within the 1C accounting system
- Maintain structured accounting and reporting in tables
- Coordinate processes with accounting, external relations, and logistics departments
Requirements
- Practical experience working with 1C
- Understanding of basic foreign economic activity (FEA) principles and processes
- English language proficiency sufficient for documentation and basic communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work constructively with various departments
