Export Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maritime shipments and manage international transport operations
• Collaborate with shipping and inventory teams to resolve issues
• Communicate and coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, truckers, and marine terminals
• Manage bookings according to contractual requirements (Incoterms, packaging, weight, container size)
• Coordinate all aspects of the shipping process including electronic manifests, bills of lading, and freight invoices
• Prepare and approve export-related shipping documents and perform data entry
• Obtain and share loading photos for shipments with clients
• Create B13/AES export declarations and manage correspondence with internal teams and suppliers

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or FCL/LCL Ocean Export
• Knowledge of export regulations and AES/CAED
• Comprehensive understanding of Incoterms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Post-secondary education in business, transport, or logistics is an asset
