Export Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean export shipments and ensure compliant freight forwarding operations
• Communicate with maritime shipping lines, freight forwarders, truckers, and shipping yards
• Manage bookings according to Incoterms, packaging, and weight restrictions
• Handle the full shipment process including e-manifesting, bills of lading, and freight invoice management
• Prepare and review export shipping documents and perform data entry
• Create B13/AES export declarations and manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or FCL/LCL ocean exports
• Knowledge of export regulations, CAED/AES filings, and Incoterms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in French and English

• Post-secondary education in business, transportation, or logistics
