Export-Import Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle export-import procedures including contracts, documents, customs clearance, and transportation
• Monitor orders and coordinate with the factory to ensure timely delivery
• Manage export-import documents and verify accuracy and compliance
• Work with shipping lines and forwarders to optimize costs and schedules
• Track payments and manage international payment methods like L/C and T/T
• Search for and develop new customers in export markets
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand orders
• Consult, negotiate, and finalize pricing and contract terms
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Import-Export, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in export-import or international sales
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
