Export Documentation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping labels
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to facilitate customs clearance and avoid delays
• Stay informed about changes in export regulations and trade compliance requirements
• Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Shipping, and Finance
• Communicate with external stakeholders including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of export documentation
• Generate reports on documentation status, shipment volumes, and compliance indicators

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating export documentation or related logistics/international trade roles
• Strong knowledge of export documentation requirements, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with export documentation software or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Solid organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Transportation, or Logistics
