Export Documentation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify export documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping labels
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to facilitate customs clearance and prevent delays
• Stay updated on changes to export regulations and trade compliance requirements
• Liaise with internal departments such as sales, shipping, and finance
• Communicate with external stakeholders including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients
• Maintain organized electronic and physical export documentation records
• Generate reports on documentation status, shipping volumes, and compliance indicators

Requirements

• Proven experience in export documentation coordination or related logistics/international trade roles
• Strong knowledge of export document requirements, customs regulations, and Incoterms
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or export documentation software
• Post-secondary degree in business management, transport, or logistics is an asset
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
