About the role

Responsibilities

  • Pilot boutique openings and special projects (pop-ups, retail and branding events) by building core logistical models and managing timelines.
  • Define logistical and transport requirements based on specific geographic zones and project constraints.
  • Coordinate with internal Supply Chain teams (Sales Admin, Logistics, Planning) and represent logistics in cross-functional steering committees.
  • Deploy international transport solutions, including participating in tenders, managing documentation, and orchestrating new carrier rollouts.
  • Implement transport solutions for non-standard products and define methodologies for product returns and transfers (including ATA carnets).
  • Support the Transport Manager in implementing new import/export flows and mapping existing logistical processes.
  • Optimize transport schemes to match the expansion of the Polène network.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or transport project management.
  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French, English, and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Monday.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience working within SAP or WMS environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to lead change within teams.
