Export Control Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate flows of products, technologies, software, and technical data subject to export control regulations
• Support operational teams in applying Export Control requirements and international sanction regimes
• Perform regulatory analyses and determine applicable classifications for equipment and solutions
• Prepare and monitor license applications, authorizations, or derogations with competent authorities
• Participate in the evaluation of customers, partners, and suppliers within compliance processes
• Identify regulatory risks related to international activities and propose appropriate control measures
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Export Control compliance processes
• Raise awareness and support business teams on best practices and regulatory obligations
• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Maintain regulatory watch to anticipate evolutions impacting international aeronautical activities

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's in International Trade, Law, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent
• Experience or expertise in Export Control, Trade Compliance, or International Trade
• Experience in aeronautics, defense, space, or industrial sectors preferred
• Mastery of export control regulations
• Professional level of English
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
