Export and Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process export orders in JD Edwards after warehouse completion
• Create export documentation using Global Wizard software
• Send export pre-alerts, including tracking and documentation, to customers
• Coordinate with customer service regarding shipment information and special requests
• Work with warehouse teams to ensure timely shipping and proper documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport carriers for outbound shipments
• Monitor open export orders using the warehouse system
• Manage communications and coordination with truck drivers at the check-in window
• Maintain organized files for all export documentation and bills of lading

Requirements

• Ability to walk in a warehouse environment for extended periods safely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of world geography
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize urgent requirements using good judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in export documentation
• Experience with JD Edwards, Global Wizard, or Warehouse Administration Service System (WASS)
• Second language skills
