About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure product expertise for the Wine & Spirits category
- Manage shelf stocking and maintain display standards
- Act as a product specialist and promoter regarding technicality and culinary knowledge
- Monitor market trends, sourcing, and competition
- Advise and propose solutions to a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients
- Develop clientele through immersion, phone calls, and visits
- Share customer feedback and best practices with internal teams
- Train sales advisors and commercial team members on product knowledge and professional gestures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of significant professional experience in a retail/merchandising environment
- Real expertise in Wine & Spirits products
- Strong commercial mindset and proactive attitude
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
