About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute omnichannel campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Define target audiences and choose the right channel mix
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns including social, search, email, and webinars
- Ensure consistent and seamless expert experience across all touchpoints
- Manage key digital platforms such as CRM, websites, and engagement tools
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital teams, and external agencies
- Support test & learn initiatives and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or omnichannel roles
- Significant understanding of customer journeys and channel strategy
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Veeva
- Proficiency with analytics and key digital channels (social, search, programmatic, email)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or B2B environments
- Experience with e-commerce or customer engagement platforms
