Expert Service Client

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized customer experience by providing a warm welcome and managing product availability.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey through efficient flow management and checkout processes.
• Act as a commercial expert by listening to customer needs and proposing complete solutions, including financing, loyalty programs, and accessories.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service (SAV) by diagnosing needs and resolving issues with pedagogical clarity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build immediate rapport with customers.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and service attachment.
• Problem-solving ability and a calm demeanor when handling unexpected situations or complex requests.
• Empathy and curiosity to deeply understand and meet customer requirements.
