Expert Service Client

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized customer experience by providing a warm welcome and optimizing product availability.
• Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless and fluid shopping journey.
• Act as a dedicated merchant by listening to customer needs and proposing complete solutions, including financing, loyalty programs, accessories, and services.
• Support customers through all stages of their journey, including after-sales service (SAV) and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose customer needs and resolve issues with pedagogy and a solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build immediate and warm connections.
• A customer-oriented mindset with a natural desire to provide high-quality service.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm when facing unexpected situations.
• Empathy and curiosity to understand and anticipate customer requirements.
