Responsibilities

• Create a personalized customer experience by providing a warm welcome and managing product availability.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey by managing flows and handling checkouts efficiently.
• Transform customer needs into complete solutions, including financing, loyalty programs, accessories, and relevant services.
• Provide end-to-end support, including diagnosing needs and managing after-sales service (SAV) with a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commerce or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build immediate, warm connections with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and pedagogical when handling unexpected situations.
• Strong organizational skills and reactivity to ensure smooth customer flows.
• A commercial mindset with empathy and curiosity to understand and meet specific customer needs.
