Expert Service Client

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized customer experience through warm greetings and optimized product availability
• Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless shopping journey
• Act as a commercial advisor by listening to needs and proposing complete solutions, including financing, loyalty programs, and accessories
• Provide technical support and after-sales service (SAV) by diagnosing needs and resolving issues with pedagogy
• Build long-term relationships of trust with customers through proactive service

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or customer service roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create immediate, warm connections
• Customer-oriented mindset with high levels of empathy and curiosity
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm when facing unexpected situations
• Excellent organizational skills and reactivity to manage customer flows effectively
