Expert Seafood Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure seafood product expertise and shelf maintenance
• Act as a product specialist regarding technicality, history, and culinary knowledge
• Monitor market trends, sourcing, and competition for the seafood category
• Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients
• Drive sales through immersion actions, phone calls, and client visits
• Share customer feedback and best practices with internal teams
• Train sales advisors and commercial team members on product knowledge and professional techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience in the seafood sector
• Strong organizational and rigorous work methods
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Field-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
