Expert Scientific Writer- HEVA

Responsibilities

• Create HEVA communication deliverables including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and slide decks aligned with global strategy.
• Contribute to the execution of HEVA and medical communication plans to ensure evidence needs for healthcare decision-makers are prioritized.
• Manage core HEVA communication processes, templates, and products in accordance with Core Value Dossiers and US AMCP Dossiers.
• Maintain and update Core Value Decks for key products to provide a synthesis of critical HEVA evidence.
• Ensure strict adherence to publication Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance expectations.
• Innovate HEVA value communications to increase relevance and impact for access and reimbursement decisions.
• Coach and develop senior and junior HEVA writers, reviewing their content and sharing expertise.
• Collaborate with global and local HEVA, RWE, and Scientific Communication teams.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare content creation or academia.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a medical degree.
• Proven knowledge of health economics, public health, or epidemiology.
• Strong understanding of Good Publication Practice (GPP) and publication submission processes.
• Excellent fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team environment.
