Expert Sales Executive (OTC)

Responsibilities

• Drive prescriptions through scientific promotion of expert-detailed brands such as Crocin, Eno, Tums, and Sensodyne
• Provide Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) with the latest scientific information regarding products and relevant disease conditions
• Customize sales approaches to meet the unique needs of individual HCPs
• Analyze territory performance data and develop effective management strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reporting
• Collaborate with the General Trade (GT) team and regional stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Address HCP queries promptly while adhering to all compliance protocols

Requirements

• Degree in Science or Commerce (e.g., B.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Pharm, or MSc)
• 2-7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proactive and engaging approach to sales and business development
• Open mindset with a desire to learn and drive organizational growth
