About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and respond to client requests in METRO halls or by phone
- Advise and orient clients toward equipment adapted to their needs
- Recommend equipment after needs analysis and perform demonstrations
- Stay informed about equipment and product evolutions
- Establish quotes, sales contracts, and invoices
- Manage client files and develop sales through micro-marketing actions
- Manage stock, receive goods, and maintain the showroom display
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of CHR (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) products and equipment
- Proven sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial mindset and passion for customer service
