About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and respond to client requests in METRO halls or by phone
- Advise and orient clients toward equipment adapted to their needs
- Stay informed about equipment and product evolutions
- Work transversely with all METRO hall teams
- Support client solution account managers on design office files
- Establish quotes, sales contracts, and invoices and propose suitable financing
- Place equipment orders
- Manage client files and develop sales through micro-marketing actions
- Receive goods and plan installation at the client site
- Receive deliveries and stock shelves while showcasing equipment in the showroom
Requirements
- Organization, rigor, and teamwork skills
- Experience in the food or catering sector
- Strong interpersonal skills and drive to excel
- Field-oriented and comfortable with varied tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and use handling equipment
