Responsibilities
- Mobilize the team to achieve objectives through a manager-coach posture
- Supervise department maintenance and product availability (stocking, facing, etc.)
- Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective measures
- Drive sales area animation and propose assortment highlights
- Organize commercial animations to strengthen partner relationships
- Guarantee a high-quality shopping experience for professional clients
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree or equivalent university level
- Currently seeking an apprenticeship in distribution or commerce
- Passion for gastronomy
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fresh environment
