About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure product expertise for dry goods (sweet & savory grocery) and non-food items (hygiene, DPH, etc.)
- Manage shelf stocking and maintain display standards
- Act as a product specialist and promoter regarding technicality, history, and culinary knowledge
- Monitor market trends, sourcing, and competition within your category
- Advise and propose solutions to a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients
- Develop clientele through immersion actions, phone calls, and visits
- Share customer feedback and best practices with internal teams
- Train sales advisors and commercial team members on product knowledge and professional gestures
Requirements
- Experience in the food or restaurant sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and handling equipment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
