Expert Sales Advisor (Dry & Non-Food Goods)

Responsibilities

• Ensure product expertise for dry goods (sweet & savory grocery), brasserie, and non-food items (hygiene, DPH, etc.)
• Manage shelf stocking and maintain display standards
• Act as a product specialist and promoter regarding technicality, history, and culinary knowledge
• Monitor market trends, sourcing, and competition within your category
• Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients through sales and advisory services
• Conduct customer development via immersion, phone calls, and site visits
• Share customer feedback and best practices with internal teams
• Train and transmit product and technical knowledge to the sales team

Requirements

• Experience in the food or restaurant sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy lifting and handling equipment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
