About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service following Barrière quality standards
- Welcome clients with elegance and professionalism
- Identify needs and provide personalized product advice
- Present luxury brands (Eres, Vilebrequin, Lululemon, Maison Serge Lutens) with expertise
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and develop average basket size
- Manage CRM files and customer loyalty
- Ensure impeccable merchandising and product presentation
- Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and receiving goods
- Follow internal procedures for cash handling and security
- Act as a brand ambassador through exemplary attitude and appearance
Requirements
- Minimum Bac+2 degree in commerce, luxury, fashion, or high-end hospitality
- 2 to 5 years of successful experience in high-end luxury sales (lingerie, fashion, jewelry, or perfume)
- Experience in the wellness or beauty industry is a plus
- Fluency in English
