Expert Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Barrière quality standards
• Welcome clients with elegance and professionalism
• Identify needs and provide personalized product advice for luxury brands (Beachwear, Activewear, Swimwear, Perfumery)
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and develop average basket size
• Manage CRM client files and loyalty programs
• Ensure impeccable merchandising and product presentation
• Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and receiving goods
• Follow internal procedures for cash handling and security
• Act as a brand ambassador through exemplary attitude and knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in commerce, luxury, fashion, or high-end hospitality
• 2 to 5 years of successful experience in high-end luxury sales (lingerie, fashion, jewelry, or perfumery)
• Experience in the wellness or beauty industry is a plus
• Fluency in English
